LogJev: Jev-style choices from any model's first-token logprobs

Adapts first-token logprobs from any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (cloud or local) into bounded Jev-style choices and scores; text, image or audio in when the backend exposes logprobs. Node + Python, with agent skills and a 2048 demo.
