Footwork: Jev guards and mechanical computer-use steps
A browser and macOS computer-use harness that checks completion claims against observed state and gates irreversible actions with Jev. Its dual mode also delegates mechanical steps to Jev while a driver handles broader decisions.

On the author's ten-task local heldout fixture, dual mode passed 10/10 with no false completions versus stock browser-use at 9/10 with one false completion; recorded costs were $0.049 in both arms.
