Little Airways: aircraft and tower judgments in a toy airspace

A small archipelago flight simulation that asks Jev about diversion, emergency broadcasts, traffic response and approach clearance. A tower decision orders waiting aircraft, while ordinary code enforces runway occupancy and the monitor exposes API exchanges and usage.

Each aircraft batches four judgments about every 1.6 seconds. The author demonstrates how operational option wording changes emergency responses and reports no simultaneous runway occupancy in a four-plane, 4x-speed stress run.
