genigrep: source evidence packs for coding agents

A CLI, MCP server and library combine ripgrep recall with Jev judgments over candidate files and passages. Results contain original source excerpts with paths, line numbers and explicit omitted ranges.

Notes

The search follows a bounded round of code-definition leads and rates the resulting evidence pack; the standalone engine is extracted from OpenGeni.
