Oko: local code search and prompt-time retrieval

A local Rust search tool combines keyword discovery with Jev ranking and delivers source excerpts through a CLI or MCP. Its setup command connects Codex, Claude Code and OpenCode and can supply retrieval context when a code question is submitted.

Notes

Keyword-only mode works without a model key; Jev ranking sends selected snippets to TypeSafe, and deep mode can investigate through additional searches.
